Ron Debranski
Ron Debranski has been practicing law since 2001. He is admitted to all state courts in Georgia including the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. Ron is also admitted to federal court in the Northern District of Georgia and has been associated in state and federal courts in other states.
Ron enjoys practicing in a variety of areas of law from business formations and contract law to business litigation as well as other civil litigation in the domestic, property, estate, and personal injury law. He also has a great deal of experience in creating estate plans including wills, trusts, advance directives, and powers of attorney as well as estate probate. Additionally, Ron often serves as a guardian ad litem in probate courts.
Over the years, Ron has served on many nonprofit boards and supports many charitable causes. He has also served on several ethics panels dealing with allegations of political corruption.
Ron graduated with a business degree from the University of Georgia and graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School with honors.
Tom Tallmadge
Tom Tallmadge has over 25 years of experience advising clients on complex commercial contracts, technology transactions, and intellectual property matters. He represents both vendors and consumers in technology-related agreements and assists clients throughout domestic and international procurement and contracting processes.
Tom brings extensive experience from both large law firms and in-house legal departments, including work with the nation’s seventh-largest bank and an international software company serving major financial institutions worldwide, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, and UniCredit.

Lauren Debranski
Lauren Debranski has been working in various roles around the office since high school; however, she is proud to serve as an official attorney with Debranski & Associates.
Lauren has experience in civil litigation, probate, wills & trusts, criminal defense, and business law. In 2020, Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the prestigious University of Georgia, where she also honed her skills in Policy Debate as a member of the Georgia Debate Union.
She then continued her education at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate in 2024. While at Barry, Lauren volunteered with Community Legal Services in Orlando in the Evictions Department. Lauren passed the Georgia Bar Exam in the early spring of 2025 and was sworn in as an attorney at law in May 2025.
When she’s not practicing law, Lauren enjoys spending time with her fiancé, John Allen, her family, friends, and her beloved cat, Maisie.

Karin Cornejo – CEO & Founder
Karin Cornejo is the Founder and CEO of Attorneys Help. With a background in broadcast journalism, communications, business management, and media production, she has built a career centered on communication, entrepreneurship, and community outreach.
She completed her internship as an associate producer at CNN En Español in Los Angeles and later worked with major media companies including Univision, Telemundo, Más Música, and Florida Traffic Watch.
Before founding Attorneys Help, Karin launched Latin USA in Las Vegas, Nevada, further expanding her experience in media and business development. Today, she leads Attorneys Help with a mission to connect individuals and families with trusted legal support and compassionate guidance.
Daniela Arevalo – Chief Operating Officer
Daniela Arevalo is the Chief Operating Officer at Attorneys Help and holds a degree in Business Administration from Venezuela. She brings over five years of experience in office administration, human resources, executive support, and client relations across the United States and Venezuela.
As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, Daniela has extensive experience managing office operations, coordinating teams, and providing high-quality support in fast-paced and service-driven environments.
